Be sure to completely read all of the information on this page prior to proceeding to book your cruise using the booking form found at the bottom of this page. Past EMS Cruisers will find that several changes to the cruise have been made. Everyone must read and understand the information and limitations included on this page before booking the cruise.

• All bookings and correspondence must be completed directly with representatives of the EMS Cruise. Do not attempt to contact your state EMS Association, Magic Carpet Travel, or any other travel agency. You can only book the cruise, complete payments and obtain assistance directly from EMS Cruise staff. Contact information is available.
   

• Cabins on the Alaska EMS Cruise are very limited. We highly suggest you book early to secure the current cabin rates and be assured of of a booking. Cabins in the Oceanview category as well as any category cabin that has accommodations for 3rd and 4th passengers are extremely limited.
   

• One member of each cabin must be at least 21 years of age

Special Disclaimer
As of 11/11/09, cruise requests after this date will not be guaranteed at the listed price because our original book of rooms has been filled and we are working to obtain additional cabins. We are attempting to get them at the same rate, but they may not be at the same rate. If you are interested in holding a space for the next allocation, a refundable $25 deposit per person and booking information will need to be made to hold a room in this new block of cabins. If the rate is not acceptable, your deposit will be refunded.

What's Included
Booking your cabin as part of the EMS Cruise provides a host of additional amenities that are not available to the general public. All EMS Cruisers will receive a complimentary subscription to the EMS Cruisers News. This newsletter is published prior to the cruise and mailed to all lead cruisers as well as placed on-line. It contains all sorts of information to help you plan for the event including information on the ports of call, on-board cruise events, schedules, special offers and more. On the first or second evening of the cruise all EMS Cruisers are invited to attend the welcome aboard cocktail party. Reserved exclusively for EMS Cruise passengers, you'll enjoy complimentary cocktails, soft drinks and hot and cold appetizers. Plus you'll be able to meet everyone else that is traveling on the EMS Cruise. We'll also host a final farewell party on the last night of the cruise that will also include complimentary drinks and prizes. A group photo will be taken during the cruise and offered for sale at reduced prices both on the ship and even greater discounts after returning home. You'll also be able to book your cruise and travel with complete confidence by using the services of the Association staff in connection representatives from the travel agency both prior to the cruise as well as throughout the event. We'll help you with anything that you need assistance with. Like all cruises, your booking also includes all meal functions on-board, juice, lemonade, coffee and other non-alcohol and non-soft drink beverages. All meals, award winning entertainment, onboard activities and accommodations are also included. There is no charge to go to shore, but various shore excursions are extra.

Air Selection
Your booking for the EMS Cruise does not include air fare. Many EMS Cruisers will book their own flights to Seattle one or two days prior to the ship's departure. Air is also available directly from Carnival, but is generally higher priced than stand alone air fare. Flights to Seattle generally average around $300 to $350. Anything below $250 is considered a good deal. If you can get air fare for $225 or less, we suggest you book it right away! For those who require assistance with their air travel arrangements, contact the EMS Cruise toll free at 1-800-793-6820, or 414-431-8193. The EMS Cruise staff along with our travel agency representatives will be glad to assist you with booking your flights to Seattle for the cruise.

Pre-Cruise Options
Pre-cruise packages for many previous cruises have been offered in the past. Because this information is not yet available, we are not able to provide any of the details or pricing at this time.

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 per person is due at time of booking. This deposit is not refundable for any reason and cannot be applied to any other form of travel or merchandise. This deposit must be completed at the time of booking. Any booking requests without payment will be discarded.

Future and Final Payments
Second payments of $350 per person for the EMS Cruise are due by November 1, 2009. Final payments for the EMS Cruise will be due April 1, 2010. All Lead Cruisers will receive an invoice detailing the current charges for the cruise. If you would like to reserve a specific cabin or multiple cabins next to or close to each other, the $350 second payment is required immediately. While the initial $25 deposit remains non-refundable, the additional $350 payment is 100% refundable through April 1, 2010.
