Just over 275 EMS providers and firefighters have returned from the EMS Cruise along with their family and friends. This time, not only Wisconsin EMS providers went along, they were joined by about 100 other EMS professionals from Iowa and North Dakota. Check out the photos to see how much fun everyone had.
